2. What the website is for

The website describes the EMERGE programme and lets you request a private consultation. Its content is general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your own doctor. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Consultation requests

• Submitting a request does not make you a client and does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
• EMERGE is available by personal invitation and after an initial health assessment. We may decline a request at our discretion, including where we do not believe our programme can help you.
• Please give accurate details, and do not send medical information through the form.

4. Programme agreements

If you join a programme, the services, fees, duration, cancellation and other terms will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and Skandan Health LLP. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

5. Using the website

The website is intended for people aged 18 or over. You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system
• introduce viruses or other harmful code
• copy, scrape or collect content or data from the website by automated means

The EMERGE name and logo, and all text, design and other content on the website, belong to Skandan Health LLP or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal use. The website uses third-party services, such as Google Fonts and a form-handling service, and refers to services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
